juwi solar (JSI) has completed a 3.8MW Mill Creek Solar Farm in the US state of New Jersey, as part of Public Service Electric and Gas Company's (PSE&G) Solar 4 All program.

Located in Burlington Township, the 25-acre ground-mounted solar photovoltaic energy facility is owned by PSE&G.

PSE&G selected JSI through a competitive bid process to perform all of the design, engineering, procurement and construction services associated with the solar project.

The facility consists of 29,400 fixed-tilt thin-film photovoltaic modules supplied by Solar Frontier.

The project is expected to produce 5,500MWh of zero-emissions electricity every year, which is enough to power about 600 average-size New Jersey homes.

According to US Environmental Protection Agency estimates, the generated electricity from the facility will also offset about 2,900 tons of greenhouse gas pollution per year.

JSI is engaged in developing, building and operating utility-scale solar energy generation facilities in North America.
