JinkoSolar has supplied ASUNIM YENILENEBILIR ENERJI TEKNOLOJILERI with 6.9 MW of PV solar modules in Kayseri, Turkey.

After 6 months of successful construction period of the solar power plant, the consortium Asunim-Phoenix Solar, has commissioned the system and obtained TEDAS acceptance in February 2016.

The system with 6.9 MWp of high efficiency PID free 260Wp modules from JinkoSolar is one of the biggest in Kayseri region and expected to produce around 11.000.000kWh of electricity per year.

The solar power plant is located in Yesilhisar/Kayseri and has been successfully built under very difficult winter conditions.

JinkoSolar Europe general manager Frank Niendorf said: "I would like to congratulate Asunim-Phoenix Solar on the successful construction of this project under very challenging winter conditions.

Thanks to Asunim’s long-term experience in Turkey and their professional project planning together with Phoenix Solar, the team successfully managed to realize another project in Turkey that will outperform other projects in the same region thanks to excellent engineering and Jinko’s most efficient best-in-class PID free modules."
