In addition to owning the projects, JinkoSolar Power will manage the project investment and EPC as well as operations and maintenance.
Under the terms of the accord, JinkoSolar Power will invest approximately CYN800m ($129.7m) for the projects.
The projects will also receive subsidies of CNY1.2 per kWh. Construction has already begun in the third quarter and is due to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2014.
Upon completion, the projects are expected to generate approximately 110 million kWh of electricity per year while generating about CYN132m ($21.4m) revenue per year.
JinkoSolar chairman Xiande Li said: "Our power plant development has traditionally been in northwestern China but is now gradually moving towards China’s southern and eastern coasts resulting in a more balanced geographic mix.
