The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide operation, maintenance and asset management services on an interim basis at the cogeneration plant, central heating and refrigeration plant and related infrastructure located at John F. Kennedy International airport.
Sealed proposals will be accepted until 25 July. Documents can be requested via e-mail at askforbids@panynj.gov
