Bhutan’s Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Project Authority has awarded Jaiprakash Associates Ltd two contracts for construction work on the 720MW Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Project in Trongsa District, Bhutan.
The contracts, valued at approximately INR 597 crores and INR 316 crores, include building the project’s diversion tunnel, dam, spillway & coffer dams, intake structure, and various tunnelling work.
