The DCU will be built at IOCL’s Guwahati, refinery in Assam, India.
The total installed cost of the project is estimated at $60m.
IOT is executing this contract on an EPC basis for the Owner, IOCL and Jacobs will perform engineering and design services from their offices in India.
Jacobs group vice president Chris Nagel said that the company is delighted to continue its working relationship with IOT as their engineering provider for process industry projects.
