Phoenix Solar is the engineering, procurement and construction services provider, while Silicon Ranch Corporation is the project developer.
Touted as the largest utility-scale solar project in the state, Simon Solar Farm is located on 161 acres of land about 30 miles east of Atlanta.
JA Solar executive chairman and CEO Baofang Jin said that the company is delighted to collaborate with its long-standing partner.
