The Hywind pilot park, to be located 25km off the coast of Peterhead in Aberdeenshire, is said to be the world’s first floating wind farm.
Under the contract, Isleburn will supply 15 suction anchors to the project. The suction anchors are scheduled for delivery in Q1 2017.
Isleburn will manufacture the suction anchors in its facilities at Nigg Energy Park, starting in Q1 2016.
Scotland Minister for Business, Energy and Tourism Fergus Ewing said: "Isleburn and Global Energy Group have used their experience from the oil and gas sector to be awarded this contract.
"We continue to work closely with Statoil to ensure that other Scottish companies can also benefit from this project and to learn lessons for the future. We want to position Scotland as a world leader in this area as we look to utilize floating wind technology to unlock the deeper offshore sites."
Isleburn said that the contract will provide work both in the Highlands and in Aberdeen.
Statoil recently received a marine license from the Scottish government to install five floating 6MW turbines for the floating offshore wind farm.
Expected to become operational in late 2017, the wind farm will generate clean electricity that will be enough to power around 20,000 households.
