The equity purchase price is E9.3 million. The enterprise value is E36.8 million, equivalent to E1,333 per kW.
The value-enhancing acquisition complements International Power’s portfolio of windfarms in Germany, which was principally established through the Levanto and Trinergy acquisitions.
International Power now has 1,081MW of operational wind turbines and a further 99MW under construction.
