JEA’s Water System consists of 134 artesian wells delivering about 120 million gallons of water a day through 36 treatment plants and 4,619 miles of water lines.

The sewer system comprises about 3,925 miles of collection lines, 1,281 pump stations, and six regional sewer treatment plants handling about 60 million gallons of wastewater per day.

JEA also has a reclaimed water system to serve non-potable uses comprising 157 miles of pipe and delivering 13 million gallons of reclaimed water a day.

JEA Water Wastewater Reliability Specialist Travis Crane said the InfoWorks vanguard platform has allowed the company to model and manage its collection system effectively for many years.
