Imtech is currently working to reduce the energy performance coefficient (EPC) to 0.5 at the North Holland provincial government building in Haarlem, where a aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES) system will be installed to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.

The company will also equip the building with low temperature heating and high temperature cooling, sustainable LED lighting and numerous other smart green solutions.

Imtech is responsible for multi-year exploitation, and technical management and maintenance for the new city hall in Weert and Deurne’s new housing service centre.

The AETS will be installed at the new city hall while comparable technology solutions will be employed at housing service centre.

The company will equip multi sustainable technology solutions for the new city hall in the municipality of Zaanstad.

Dutch Government Buildings Agency awarded a four year commission to carry out the technical management and maintenance for more than 420,000 m² of office space.

The commission is for government buildings in Capelle a/d IJssel, Arnhem and Breda, as well as offices of the Dutch tax authorities, customs authorities, Netherlands Forensic Institute, National Police Services Agency and the law courts in The Hague.

Commission related to technical management and maintenance in buildings owned by the municipality of Venlo.

Imtech will be the sustainable technology partner for activities related to the Energy City Arnhem programme and the Rotterdam Climate Initiative.
