Under terms of the agreements, ICF International will develop technical assistance networks to provide training, tools, resources in support of SEP and EECBG grantees’ energy efficiency and other clean energy initiatives.
ICF International will also assist grantees in using energy-savings performance contracting in the municipal, institutional, and health care sectors. Performance contracting can provide leverage for public funds by enabling private financing for energy efficiency and other clean energy projects.
The aim of this SEP and EECBG technical assistance effort is to provide American Reinvestment and Recovery Act grant recipients with the tools, resources, and assistance needed to meet their goals, and to help them create jobs while building America’s clean energy economy at the state, local, and tribal level.
