The three-year contracts, valued at $55m, continue ICF’s support of BGE’s residential, small commercial, and large industrial and commercial conservation programs.
Under the contracts, ICF’s services include energy efficiency program design and management, marketing and promotion, trade ally recruitment and management, rebate processing, quality control, and program tracking and reporting.
ICF senior vice president Mike Mernick said ICF services will help BGE and its customers to reduce energy use and mitigate the impacts of global climate change, and help BGE lead efforts toward aggressive state energy goals.
ICF is a provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients.
