An additional US$4B of common shares in hydroelectric company HydroOGK have been registered into the Russian financial market.

Each of the shares will have a nominal value of one ruble (US$0.036), according to the Federal Service for Financial Markets.

The floatation of HydroOGK, a 100% subsidiary of Unified Energy System, was approved in late February this year.
