Officials from the Bulgarian and Turkish Energy Ministries discussed a new project to construct a hydroelectric power plant on the Tundja river in Bulgaria in late March, according to the Bulgarian Telegraphic Agency.
It was agreed at the meeting that expert groups working on the preparation and evaluation of draft projects related to the planned plant will complete their work in June this year. Matters related to the funding and construction of the plant are still under discussion.
