Mr Harrison has joined Hiland from Wachovia Securities, where he was director for its Energy & Power Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Prior to joining Wachovia in 2007, Mr Harrison spent eight years with AG Edwards Capital Markets’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group, most recently leading its Energy M&A effort. He spent five years with Price Waterhouse as a senior accountant.
