Helius Energy plc (Helius Energy), a UK-based company engaged in installing and operating biomass-fired renewable electricity generation plants, has appointed Oliver Blundell to the position of feedstock director, effective March 2, 2009. Previously, Oliver held a number of roles within the Cargill group. Most recently, he was based in Geneva where he was responsible for developing fuel supply chains for planned biomass projects and assessing energy markets.
