Mr Halpin has been a member of the board of directors of Groundstar since September 2005. Mr Halpin has withdrawn from this position of Groundstar and other boards to create more personal time by reducing his business obligations.
Mr Halpin has extensive corporate board experience. Presently, he is a member of the advisory board of Walton International Group. Since 1999 he has served as a board member of ATB Financial, a provincial crown corporation and financial institution that administers C$18 billion in assets.
