GP Strategies will provide training at the Sherman and Temple I & II power generating stations, located in Texas, US.
In addition, the company will provide EtaPRO technologies for performance and condition monitoring at the rapid-start combined cycle power plants.
Panda Power Funds Operations vice president Don Thorpe said the company conducted a rigorous evaluation process comparing GP Strategies to other providers.
"GP Strategies’ deep domain expertise and powerful combination of EtaPRO and GPiLEARN technologies will help ensure that our plants perform at their best," Thorpe added.
With a combined generating capacity of 1516MW and 758MW, the Temple and Sherman plants are claimed to be among the cleanest and most efficient natural gas-fueled power plants in the US.
