As per the agreement, the company will acquire 500MW solar power plants, which will be developed and constructed by CTIEC, in China, Europe, North America and Japan.

The move is a part of Goldpoly’s Target Projects plan and the 500MW solar power represents first batch of project pipelines between the parties.

Huawei will provide inverters and information and communications technology (ICT) solutions as well as help facilitate the power generation of solar power plants.

The Target projects is subject to regulatory approvals for access system connections, possessing technical conditions to connect to grids and fulfilling related legal and financial requirements.
