Goldpoly will acquire 45% equity interest for a total cash consideration of RMB4.5m (€538,824), while EBOD will acquire the remaining 55% equity interest for RMB5.5m (€658,602.28) cash consideration in the target company, which owns a portfolio of solar plants totaling 180MW in Gonghe, Qinghai Province.

The companies will jointly own the projects after the completion of the acquisition, which is subject to conditions including securing approval from relevant authorities for the projects and associated infrastructure; completing construction of their principal part; possessing technical conditions to connect to grids and fulfilling related financial requirements.

Zhongli Talesun will be responsible for providing EPC services for the projects and will also guarantee and warrant their electricity generation capacity meet the target set by the parties for ten years from the start of operations.
