Precious metal mining and base metal exploration activities were conducted at the property prior to the acquisition that reported the presence of 2% combined Pb-Zn, 0.5% Cu, 153 ppm Ag and up to 61 ppm Au.

The acquisition expands the projects locations of Gold world Resources and also increases its assets in Canada.

After nearly 141 claims of mineralized property were offered for sale in 2011 for less than $1,000, the company laid its stake of these claims earlier this year.

A shaft of 23m present on the Kempt Snare Lake property was sunk on a 2m thick quartz vein, when mineralization was first discovered in 1927.

The quartz vein and surrounding veins of similar orientation are hosted within a small cupola of dark grey to black, coarse grained granite porphyry.
