The company that currently owns 90% in the project will acquire 8% of Triple Plate Junction at a purchase amount of A$200,000 ($210,000) and 2% stake owned by Celtic Minerals for A$50,000 ($52,500).

The sole ownership will simplify the administration operations at the mine besides being prospective for future joint ventures, reported Proactive Investors.

Crater Mountain gold and copper project reportedly holds an Inferred Resource of 790,000 ounces gold within the mixing zone.

In addition, the company has identified a high grade zone that can be undertaken for small scale mining of some 100,000 ounces of gold.

Gold Anomaly, meanwhile, is seeking funds of A$6.9m ($7.2M) in a fully underwritten rights issue to finance the ongoing exploration and potential trial mining of the high grade zone.

Besides, it has secured underwritten rights issue funds of a$1.5m ($1.57m) from major shareholder FreeFire Technology.
