Verdafero announced a partnership with Gilleran Energy Management (GEM) to use Verdafero's Utility Analytics Platform with new and existing commercial clients for energy management.

Verdafero’s Utility Analytics Software Platform is a comprehensive utility software application enabling commercial building owners and operators to track, analyze, and report on all utility expenses including energy, water, waste, fuel oil, propane, fleet fuels across multiple locations.
This holistic view enables clients to compare the performance of all facilities within their portfolio and identify under-performing buildings at the touch of a button.
Additionally, clients can compare and track their entire usage and costs, benchmarked back to an individual year with weather normalization and carbon footprint reporting if required by city, county, state or federal initiatives.
