Gilbert Gilkes & Gordon has acquired two businesses from Biwater Industries, it was announced in September.
The two businesses — Wallwin Pump and Armfield — are based in the UK. They manufacture and install sewage pumps and electrical control panels, turnkey sewage pumping stations and hydro power generation equipment.
