Genesis Energy, a midstream energy company, has appointed Martin White and David Baggett to its board of directors.
Mr White is a retired executive with 35 years of experience with various units of Occidental Chemical. He served on the board of directors of PW Eagle until June 2007, and was a member of its audit and governance committees.
Mr Baggett is the founder and managing partner of Opportune, a financial consulting firm. He has over 25 years of business experience, including six years as a partner with Deloitte & Touche and five years at American Plumbing and Mechanical, holding various positions including president, COO, CFO and board member.
