Two of the facilities – the 540MW University Park North and the 300MW University Park South power plants – are located in University Park, Illinois, while the 225MW third plant is located in Wallingford, Connecticut.
GE is providing a senior secured credit facility that includes a term loan and revolving credit facility for the three facilities.
