The relationship is expected to enable GDF SUEZ Energy Resources to offer its commercial and industrial customers Demand Response services that can facilitate curtailed energy usage and lower total energy costs.

GDF SUEZ Energy Resources and Comverge will offer Demand Response solutions in the ERCOT, NEPOOL, NYISO and PJM territories. Additional markets and products are also being explored.
