The agreement, which will allow Gamma HealthCare to expand its operations to include a centralized waste sterilization processing center within the seven state Midwest region, includes the additional recurring consumable orders for the life of the equipment, estimated over 10 years.
The deployment of the MC 4500 that has the capacity to process over one million pounds of medical waste annually is expected to enable Danner to reduce its operating costs while better serving its customers in the Midwest region.
MedClean president and CEO David Laky said that the continued strengthening of MedClean’s relationship with Gamma HealthCare further validates its approach to building a nationwide network of quality partners to provide waste management services at lower costs to hospital market.
“This agreement represents our second system sale to a distributor partner where the focal point of the agreement is developing a long-term working relationship through expansion of both companies’ businesses,” Laky said.
