The two wind farms, Pier IV and Santiago Eólico, are planned to be built over the next few years and are scheduled to be commissioned in 2019.
Under one of the contracts, Gamesa will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of 220.5MW of turbines, 84 units of its G114-2.625 MW machine, at the Pier IV wind farm in the state of Puebla.
The turbines for the projects are scheduled to be delivered in early 2018.
Manufactured in three rotor sizes including 106m, 114m and 126m, the firm's 2.625MW turbines are designed to deliver higher output and a lower cost of energy.
As per the second contract, the firm will supply 50 Gamesa's G114-2.1MW turbines for the 105MW Santiago Eolico wind farm in the state of Guanajuato.
Gamesa said that its 2.1MW turbines are designed to offer the most competitive metrics in terms of investment per megawatt installed and cost per unit of output.
The firm plans to commence installation of the turbines at the Santiago Eolico project during the second half of 2018.
Power generated from the two wind farms will be sold to private industrial customers under long-term contracts (PPAs) signed with Iberdrola earlier.
Gamesa has already installed and commissioned 360MW of various wind farms developed by Iberdrola in the country.
