Eolica Erchie will develop the farm on behalf of Toshiba.
The proposed farm is located in the Province of Brindisi, in Puglia, Italy and will employ 15 of Gamesa’s G90-2.0MW turbines to produce 69GWh of electricity.
Installation of the wind turbines is expected to start before the end of 2012 and will help reduce carbon emissions by 30,300t per annum.
