The power project, which comprises 15 units of G90-2MW wind turbine, was developed and built by Gamesa’s wind farm development and sale business.
The facilty is expected to avoid 40,000 tonnes of carbon emissions annually under standard wind conditions.
The sale is anticipated to be closed in September 2011 after the Catalan regional government authorises the change in facility ownership.
