The order marks Gamesa’s first with Energa, and includes the supply, installation and commissioning of 10 of the company’s G97-2.0MW turbines.
The turbines under the contract are slated to be delivered in August 2014.
In Poland, Gamesa already operates in both wind turbine delivery, installation, operation and maintenance services and wind farm development and sales.
The company has currently installed a total of 625.4MW in the country since it won its first contract in 2006.
