The project features 18 G90 2MW wind turbines.
Construction started in January 2013 on Chiloé Island. The infrastructure at the farm includes 20km of roadway, an electrical substation, a 25km high-voltage transmission line and a bridge.
Gamesa will oeprate the farm for 12 years under a contract signed with Trans Antartic.
Chile aims to expand its wind power generation capacity to 1,500MW by 2018 from 413MW in 2013.
Gamesa is developing projects in other Latin American countries, including Mexico, Honduras, Argentina, Uruguay and Costa Rica.
The company installed over 2,000MW of turbines in Latin America, which accounted for 36% of its 2014 first semester revenue.
