Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry is to allocate US$21.2M for the construction of the Pac Khuoi and Dak Ne hydroelectric power plants.

According to the Vietnamese News Agency, the Pac Khuoi plant, costing US$9.88M, will be built in Cao Bang province, and will generate 32MkWh of electricity a year.

The Dak Ne plant, costing US$11.3M, will be built in Kon Tum province, and will generate 38MkWh of electricity a year.

The two plants will be built by local construction and engineering companies in their respective provinces.
