Michael Borish, CEO of Freedom Environmental, will continue to serve in that capacity, while Mike Ciarlone, the chief operating officer of Brownies Wastewater Solutions, will continue in his position to execute the day to day operations of the merged companies.
The management projects the global market for green technologies to grow to $700bn by the end of 2010 riding on the increasing demand for advanced systems for the distribution, collection, transfer, and treatment of water and wastewater.
The companies are increasingly utilizing green technologies for optimum water and wastewater treatment and management while promoting a green and sustainable environment.
Through this merger, Freedom hopes to participate aggressively in the fast-growing green technologies market by combining its wastewater treatment processes with Brownies’ service in waste management and disposal.
