The Act helps the federal government in meeting the mandated energy efficiency, water conservation and renewable energy goals without paying up-front capital costs.
“The awarding of these two contracts enables us to build upon our accomplished 15-year track record of delivering turn-key energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation solutions,” said Greg Hanlon, vice president and general manager of FPLES.
As part of the contracts, FPLES will be responsible for performing the design, construction and annual verification of energy savings from efficiency and water conservation solutions.
“These contracts represent recognition by the federal government of the expertise FPLES has demonstrated in delivering energy services solutions. Our goal is to help these agencies accomplish their mission of meeting mandatory energy reduction targets,” said Hanlon.
