The complex will be built at the KINEF – Kirishinefteorgsyntez refinery in Kirishi, Leningradsky region.
The Kirishinefteorgsyntez refinery has a crude oil processing capacity of 230,000 barrels per stream day.
Foster Wheeler expects to complete the work in the first quarter of 2015.
Kirishinefteorgsyntez general director V.E. Somov said the supply of all of the fired heaters required for the complex at one of the largest refineries in Russia is one of the biggest and most critical packages the company has awarded.
"We are confident that Foster Wheeler will bring its renowned reputation and experience to this project," Somov said.
