Under the terms, Forte will issue 915,937,500 fully paid ordinary shares, C$1,000,000, and a 1% production royalty over the Kuriskova and Novoveska Huta uranium licenses to European Uranium.
This sale represents European Uranium Resources’ only remaining mineral projects.
The Kuriskova uranium deposit comprises 32km² of mineral licenses located 10km northwest of Kosice in East-Central Slovakia. The Novoveska Huta uranium is located at the western end of the Carpathian uranium belt, about 50km northwest of Kuriskova.
