Under the pre-development agreement, the parties will work together to better understand the impacts of the project and assess the mine development project during the environmental and social impact assessment process.
The partnership could pave way for sustainable development of the project.
Focus Graphite president and COO Don Baxter said: "We are very pleased to announce this agreement with ITUM to work together regarding the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) of the Lac Knife mine development project.
