The company is currently developing nine wind parks in the southeastern counties of Buzau and Braila through its Romanian subsidiary Eolenvest.

The said wind parks have a combined installed capacity of 897MW.

Filasa will develop an additional wind farm in the northern county of Suceava entailing an investment of €1bn and having an installed capacity of 516MW.

The company is also looking to develop 300MW of solar power in the country.
