International oil and gas company ExxonMobil has declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.35 per share on the common stock, payable on December 10, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 9, 2007.
The fourth quarter dividend is at the same level as the dividend paid in the third quarter of 2007.
According to ExxonMobil, it has increased its annual dividend payment to shareholders for 25 consecutive years.
