Under the contract, Expro will provide non-intrusive multiphase production testing of Zubair oil wells, which is operated by Eni Iraq cooperation with Iraq’s state-owned South Oil Company (SOC), in the on shore field.

The company will use its SONAR metering technology in order to measure the wells production.
Expro Meters general manager Patrick Curry said, "Our small footprint, non-intrusive SONAR technology enables high-frequency, safe, flareless production testing, which is critically important to the redevelopment of these fields."
With small crews and minimal equipment footprint, the clamp-on SONAR technology enables well production surveillance as well as eliminates potential environmental risks while increasing the safety of the production testing operation.
A team of experts in Wallingford will provide data analysis and technical support.
