Mr McLean is currently president of Exelon’s power team, which he will continue to oversee. Matthew Hilzinger, currently senior vice president and corporate controller, has been appointed as a senior vice president and CFO of Exelon. He will report directly to Mr McLean.

Ruth Gillis has been promoted to executive vice president, from senior vice president, and will continue serving as the president of the firm’s business services unit.

William VonHoene Jr has been appointed as an executive vice president, from senior vice president, and will continue as general counsel. Mr VonHoene Jr will also oversee the company’s internal audit and controls function, previously under the finance and markets organization.

Meanwhile, Andrea Zopp has also been promoted to executive vice president, from senior vice president, and will continue serving as the firm’s chief human resources officer.
