The proposed plants will be located in three countries of Southern Romania – Gorj, Giurgiu and Dolj.
About 20MW of the total capacity is currently under construction, expected to be completed by the end of 2012.
Scope of the contracts for ET Solar includes the supply of PV modules with its German subsidiary ET Solutions expected to carry out engineering, construction and financing for the projects.
Commenting on the developments ET Solar president and CEO Dennis She termed the contract to be a major achievement for its business in emerging markets.
"With years of experience we acquired in Germany and Italy, we are well positioned to offer these markets high quality and cost effective EPC solutions," added She.
ET solar will also handle the operations and maintenance of the projects with grid connections and electricity feed-in to be executed all projects to be commenced by the end of 2013.
