eSight Energy, a developer of energy management technologies, has introduced eZdash dashboard system, an energy management and analysis technology that allows organizations to monitor their energy usage and save on their energy bills.

The company said that eZdash uses touch-screen dashboard technology to deliver energy reduction information such as carbon management and greenhouse gas reductions in intuitive context through simplified configuration and interactive display to help users save 5-20% or more on energy costs.

eZdash allows a user to scroll through visualizations of energy data and slide images, videos, news, weather, even Twitter feeds, across the screen and drill into various contextual visualizations with a tap, thereby simplifying the process for the users to monitor their energy consumption.

eSight Energy technical director Steve Norman said that by presenting energy usage data in this user-friendly fashion, non-technical users, including the general public, can now view a company’s actions to save energy in relative context.

“This increases overall visibility of their efforts on sustainability, both within the organization and with their customers as well,” Norman said.
