John Wilson, Epsilon’s current president, has informed that he will not seek to renew his employment contract that expires on July 28, 2008. Prior to the expiration of his employment contract, Mr Wilson will continue in his role as president of Epsilon Energy USA, the company’s US subsidiary. Additionally, Mr Wilson plans to continue to be a director of the corporation, even after his employment contract expires.
Mr Zaziski is currently president of Epsilon Energy International, the corporation’s international division. He brings over 30 years of diverse executive and technical experience to the corporation on both a domestic and international basis.
Mr Wilson said: I have achieved my goal of bringing Epsilon from a start-up company to a publicly held corporation with a diverse portfolio of domestic and international projects to explore and develop. With Mr Zaziski as president, the corporation is in the hands of a seasoned oil and gas executive who will provide Epsilon with the leadership it needs to continue to exploring and developing its portfolio of oil and gas assets.
