The wind energy facility has an installed capacity of 102.5MW and is expected to begin delivering carbon-free electricity in December this year.
The new wind project, located on 4,600 acres of farmland, consists of 50 units of REpower 2.05MW turbines.
The clean electricity generated by the wind facility, which will serve about 50,000 customers, will be sold to Pacific Gas and Electric Company, through a 20-year power purchase agreement.
enXco Service Corp will provide operations and maintenance services for the wind energy facility.
