As per the agreed terms, the company will supervise the two solar power facilities that are located in Bikaner with a capacity of 5MW and 15MW.

Commenting on the deal, Enertis Solar CEO Jose Luis Galindo said that contract is a key milestone for the company to broaden its technical services and to help its clients to improve the efficiency of their plants.

"The Asian market is a main focus for Enertis, where we have had the opportunity to show the leadership of the Spanish solar Industry and our innovation capacity," concluded Galindo.

Fonroche has developed the two solar photovoltaic facilities.

Apart from India, Enertis Solar is also present in Asia and other international markets including China and Kazakhstan.

Currently, India has 1.5GW of solar PV power and is expected to reach 33.4GW by 2022.
