Energen Corporation has announced that its CEO, James McManus II, has been elected to the Gas Technology Institute board of directors for a three-year term.
Mr McManus is also a member of the boards and executive committees of the American Exploration & Production Council and the US Oil & Gas Association; a member of the National Petroleum Council; past director of the Independent Producers Association of America; director of the Economic Development Partnership of Alabama, and a director of the Business Council of Alabama.
Mr McManus said: Gas Technology Institute (GTI) has a solid reputation within the energy industry, and I am pleased to be associated with such a progressive organization. I look forward to broadening my industry service as a GTI director.
